Deuce Spade: 

  • Deuce is so nervous about spending winter break with you. It was something that had been planned for months and even then his brain hadn’t processed it as a reality until the two of you are getting ready to head back to his place. The plan was you were staying over for a week and on the actual holiday you’d be heading to your own house for the last part of it, inviting him to spend a day or two with you if he wanted to meet your own family. 
  • Meeting the family? That’s a big step in a relationship. His mother was beyond excited at hearing Deuce had a friend let alone a significant other that she would get to meet. She had gushed on for an hour before Deuce had finally managed to get a word in edgewise and she told him right away to get a list of your likes and dislikes, mentioning that she could set up the spare bedroom for you to stay in while you were with them. 
  • Deuce has all sorts of things he wants to show you and do with you on winter break and he finds being outside of school with you is entirely different. You can hold hands without feeling awkward and there’s a little more freedom to have fun without the teachers around ready to scold you at any second. His mother is still making sure the two of you don’t act up too much but you’re mostly given free roam to enjoy each other’s company while exchanging sweet kisses in the meantime.
