Cater Diamond: 

  • Cater both loves and hates your persistence for a variety of reasons which all involve the complicated courting ritual you had gone through with him. You had looked him dead in his eyes as you asked about his odd fake behavior and the lack of emotion behind certain things he said, pushing and pushing until you got to know his true feelings. No one had ever bothered caring that much before and as annoyed and vulnerable as it made him feel, he was glad that you even wanted to put that effort into him. It can be hard to deal with when he just wants to be left alone or to keep his real thoughts to himself but he knows if there’s anyone he can trust to be nonjudgmental it would be you. 

Jamil Viper: 

  • It can be a little exhausting for Jamil to deal with as no matter what type of logic he throws your way you manage to twist it around to motivate yourself further but he supposes his life had never been easy so why would it start now? He knew he had the tendency to be a little closed off and that it could be frustrating to date someone like him but he supposed the effort you put forth was endearing and it did make him feel as though you took him/your relationship with him seriously. He still thinks you need to learn when the right time to back off is as he does have boundaries he doesn’t want crossed until he’s fully comfortable but this is something that can be solved through communication which you always encourage. 

Trey Clover: 

  • Trey thinks you remind him of a certain someone else but as long as your persistence doesn’t get you hurt, he wouldn’t really be fussy about it. He tends to give into your whims regardless of how much you’re pushing as he does a lot to assure you’re happy but there are some things that fly right over his head or that even he can’t get. He prefers you this way as it helps him learn how to be a better boyfriend when you’re willing to tell him what you want; seeing you fight for all that you deserve is also quite motivating to him and it makes him want to keep trudging on even through the harshest of times.
